Heart Change Ministries wishes to express gratitude to the many family, friends and community partners who have assisted us in another year of helping the poor and hurting.   

Our annual "Get Together"  will be January 20th 2012.

We will celebrate Harold's Birthday and catch up on all that's happening in each others lives.
